In line with the growth strategy of the Low & Bonar Group, our parent company Low & Bonar PLC announced in March 2012 the operational integration between Bonar Technical Fabrics and Colbond. We are now pleased to announce that as a result of this process, our company will have as new name Bonar, effective as of January 1st 2013. We are confident that, by combining our resources, we will broaden our market presence. Also, we will upgrade our product and service offering, putting us on a clear path towards a successful future.
